Our Goals

The wellbeing of the children and young people who access our services is at the heart of everything that we do. Across all of our services we aim to:

  • Provide a fun, supportive environment that allows each individual to flourish
  • Provide the opportunity to try new activities and have new experiences
  • Gain a sense of achievement through overcoming challenges
  • Increase self esteem
  • Build confidence and social skills within a well-structured, safe environment
  • Form lasting friendships

We aspire to be the ‘go to’ organisation for people in the Lothians who want practical support and information. As individuals and as a team, we are focused on making positive differences for our members. To achieve this we will:

  • Continue to develop and deliver quality services for individuals with autism
  • Establish more effective ways of measuring and evaluating our services
  • Provide much needed respite to families and carers
  • Inform our members of new services and opportunities that might support them even further
  • Maintain positive relationships with funders to ensure our services can continue
