NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Members will have received information on  Lothian Autistic Society’s 16th AGM which will be held: AT:      Commonwealth Suite, Royal Commonwealth Pool, Dalkeith Road, Edinburgh ON:     Sunday 14th December 2008 at 2.15pm LAS CHRISTMAS PARTY At the same time, we will be holding our Annual Christmas Party for parent member’s children and young people and invitations have been posted accordingly. Changing Faces - News from the LAS Office

After 2 years at Lothian Autistic Society, Felix Spittal, our Autism Information Worker, left LAS on 8th August to start a new life in Inverness with his girlfriend who has secured a fantastic new job up north. Many of you will have had the pleasure of speaking to Felix during his time with us and I am sure you will agree that he has made a significant contribution to the work of LAS and is a valued and popular member of staff.

I trust therefore that you will wish to join me in thanking Felix for the tremendous efforts he has made in helping LAS achieve its intended aims and objectives. Felix, we wish you all the very best in your future endeavours and know that your enthusiasm, determination and positive attitude will bring continued success your way!
