Please click here to complete a child registration
Please click here to complete a child profile
Please remember that your registration form does not guarantee a place at this stage, nor can we promise that the weeks that you have requested will be available as some weeks are more popular than others and get filled quickly, so if you can be flexible then let us know. We will of course do our very best to accommodate all requests but places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and the number of weeks that we are able to offer each family will be dependent on demand and in line with Council guidelines.
Registrations will not be accepted or processed by LAS until Monday 30th April.
This date has been put in place to ensure those without access to email are not disadvantaged and receive the paperwork at the same time as those with email.
Important
If your child has not attended an LAS playscheme before, please ensure you complete the child profile along with your registration form, and return them to me together.
If you completed a profile when registering for the Easter playscheme, even if you were unsuccessful in securing a place, a new profile is not required.
If you have any questions, please contact the office on 0131 661 3834 or e-mail n.latham@lothianautistic.org
Message from Michelle Keenan, Director:

On behalf of Lothian Autistic Society, I am delighted to bring you great news of an exciting new partnership.
Lothian Buses has, this week, announced LAS as their chosen Charity of the Year 2012!
The aim of this fantastic opportunity if for LAS to benefit from focused fundraising and awareness activities to allow us to reach as many people as possble.
On Friday 9th March, Grant Stott and the Lothian Bus team representatives visited our office to meet with the team and hear more about the work we do. We were also delighted and proud to receive the support from Mr and Mrs Baillie who agreed to support this event with their son Luke taking part in a photo opportunity.
Everyone was thrilled to see Luke's delight at meeting Grant and seeing the bus.
